Hydration built for sport in this heat.

Water replaces water. ELT replaces what you sweat out.

When you sweat, you lose water and electrolytes, and that is what fades your energy in the second half. ELT puts both back, so you stay properly hydrated and keep your stamina through the session.

Why Southeast Asia is different

The same sport. More heat. More sweat.

The heat

A session in this climate isn't just the session. It's the session plus the heat.

Sweat carries sodium and other electrolytes with it, and losses increase as you sweat more. Lose enough and it shows up as tiredness, heavy legs and a foggy afternoon, often before you feel thirsty. Water puts the water back. It does not put those back.

The simple version

Water replaces water. ELT replaces more.

Plain water is essential. But sweat doesn't contain only water. ELT adds sodium, potassium and magnesium to the water you're already drinking, helping you replace more of what you've lost. Replace more of what you lost and you rehydrate properly, which is what keeps your energy up when the heat is draining it.

Yuli and Shyanne, the founders of ELT
From the two of us

We are Yuli and Shyanne. When we moved to Malaysia, we were excited to be active here. Sports, fitness classes, being out and about. But we really struggled with the heat. We sweated a lot, and the fatigue hit harder than we expected.

We wanted to rehydrate the way we used to. What we found was sugary isotonic sodas, or the imports we knew at around RM15 a sachet.

So we decided to make the product we wished existed. Between a chef background and a supplement background, we spent eight months on the formula. We wanted it right for this climate, and good enough to sit beside the amazing-tasting drinks Asia already has.

That is ELT. Made for sport in this heat, by two people who needed it first.

Born in Malaysia. Built for sport in the heat.
What's in it, and what isn't: 600mg sodium, 200mg potassium, 60mg magnesium, 29% real citrus powder. 0g sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial colouring.

How do I use it?

Mix 1 sachet into 500 to 1,000ml of cold water. Drink it before or during hot, active sessions. You can have up to two a day.

Why do I feel so tired in the heat?

Sweat takes water and electrolytes out faster than you notice. Lose enough and the first signs are usually tiredness, heavy legs and a foggy afternoon rather than thirst. Rehydrating with both water and electrolytes, not water alone, is what helps you keep going.

Do I need this if I only train twice a week?

Match it to how much you sweat. For most sweaty sessions, one sachet is a simple place to start, and you can adjust it to the length of the session, how much you sweat and your own needs. On a quiet aircon day, water and your meals have you covered, and we would rather tell you that.

Don't I get enough salt from food?

On a quiet day, you often do. The gap is timing. Sweat takes electrolytes out while you are sweating, and your meals put them back hours later. ELT is made for the sweaty hours, not as a replacement for your meals.

Is it too salty?

There is enough salt to taste, but not enough to make you wince. ELT has a light sweetness, a little salt and real citrus. If you have high blood pressure or a kidney or heart condition, please check with your doctor first. ELT is a food product, not a medicine.

Can I drink it every day?

Yes, on the days you sweat. The pack directs one to two sachets a day. If you have a kidney or heart condition or take blood pressure medication, please check with your doctor first.

Is it made in Malaysia?

ELT is made for Malaysia. It is formulated in the USA and produced in a GMP certified facility to HACCP and ISO standards.

What exactly is in it?

ELT contains salt (sodium chloride), citrus fruit powder (29%), natural flavors, potassium citrate, citric acid, magnesium chloride and stevia leaf extract. It has no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial flavoring and no coloring. The full panel is printed on every sachet.

Is it halal?

ELT is vegan and made with halal-certified ingredients in a halal-certified facility.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, South Korea, Japan and Brunei. Orders ship from KL in 1-3 business days, and shipping is free in West Malaysia over RM150. Shipping costs for all other destinations are shown at checkout.

A small habit, not a leap. You already bring water. Add one sachet on the days you sweat.
