Water is not enough.
When you sweat, you do not just lose water. You lose the minerals your muscles and brain need to work. That is why you still feel drained after 8 glasses a day. The fatigue, the cramps, the brain fog. Water alone cannot fix that.
ELT puts back what water cannot.
A small habit, not a leap.
Give it a week.
One sachet a day for a week. Notice the steadier afternoons and the workout that does not fall off at the end. If you do not feel the difference, it was not your bottleneck, and we would rather you know that.
Start small, no lock-in.

Low-sweat day? Plain water is fine, and we say so. We will not claim it cures anything. If anything about your order is off, support@DrinkELT.com reaches the two founders directly. We answer.

The World Health Organization recommends adults keep sodium under 2,000 mg a day, about one teaspoon of salt. Most people already get that, and more, from food alone. Southeast Asian adults average around 3,000 mg a day in their diets. If you spend the day in an air-conditioned office and rarely sweat, your diet has you covered and you do not need ELT every day.
The picture changes when you sweat a lot. Sweat carries roughly 500 to 1,500 mg of sodium per liter, and an hour of hard training in KL heat can cost you a liter or more. Sweat heavily most days and you can lose more salt than you eat. That is the gap ELT fills: 600 mg of sodium, plus 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium, in one sachet.
Most active people use 1 to 2 sachets a day. If you have a kidney condition, have a heart condition, or are on blood pressure medication, consult your doctor first.
Best enjoyed in stainless steel or glass, which won't stain. With plastic or silicone, wash with hot water and dish soap after use. If the drink sits for several hours, the pigment can set and may not lift.
Already tinted? Boil the straw or lid for 5 to 10 minutes in water with 2 tablespoons of baking soda to lift most of it.
Store ELT powder at 25°C or below, with relative humidity at 65% or below.
