Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all recurring subscription orders placed through ELT by LYT Wellness Sdn Bhd via our Subscribe & Save programme.

1. Your Subscription

When you subscribe to ELT, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the price, frequency, and dates shown at checkout until you cancel. Subscriptions are managed through our subscription partner, Seal Subscriptions.

2. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. There is no minimum commitment period.

To cancel, use your Subscription Management Portal — a self-service link included in every subscription confirmation and renewal email. From the portal you can cancel instantly with one click.

If you have trouble accessing the portal, email us at support@DrinkELT.com and we will cancel it for you within 1 business day.

Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. You will not be charged after cancellation, but orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

3. Skip or Pause

Don't need your next delivery? You can skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription without cancelling — all from your Subscription Management Portal. No need to contact us.

4. Modify Your Subscription

From your Subscription Management Portal, you can change the following at any time before your next billing date:

  • Pack size — switch between Starter Pack, Duo Pack, or Value Pack
  • Delivery frequency — change how often you receive deliveries
  • Delivery address — update your shipping address
  • Payment method — update your card or payment details

Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

5. Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (based on the frequency you selected at checkout). You will receive an email notification before each charge.

6. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund & Return Policy. Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items that are unopened. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on subscription orders.

7. Shipping

Subscription orders are subject to standard shipping rates as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Free shipping for West Malaysia orders over RM100 applies to subscription orders that meet the threshold.
