Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your ELT purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. When We Issue Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged in transit — your package arrived visibly damaged or crushed
  • Defective product — the product is faulty (e.g., sachet is torn, contents leaked)
  • Incorrect order — you received the wrong product or quantity

In all cases, the product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

2. What We Do NOT Refund

  • Change of mind — we do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind
  • Opened products — for food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used sachets
  • Products stored improperly — items exposed to extreme heat or moisture
  • Taste preference — we do not refund because you didn't like the taste

3. How to Report an Issue

  1. Email support@DrinkELT.com with the subject line "Order Issue — [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. Our team will review your case within 3 business days
  4. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund — your choice

4. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia. You may file a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM) for disputes up to RM50,000.
