Shipping Policy

ELT ships across Southeast Asia and beyond. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia via our logistics partner. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to: Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Korea, Japan, and Brunei.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier capacity, customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for West Malaysia orders over RM 100. All other destinations have shipping calculated at checkout.

5. Courier Partners

We work with SPX Express, NinjaVan, and SF Express to ensure reliable delivery across all destinations. The courier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email along with a tracking link.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package on the courier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@DrinkELT.com.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  1. Contact us at support@DrinkELT.com with your order number
  2. For damaged packages, include photos of the product and packaging
  3. We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) within 7 business days

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address before dispatch.

10. International Orders — Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
